Seven-day free returns

You can request a free return within seven calendar days of delivery. Opened and unopened bottles are both eligible.

How to request a return

Email zahra1fragrance@gmail.com within the seven-day period and include your order number. Please keep the bottle and any packaging until we send your return instructions.

Wrong or damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us at the email above with your order number and a clear photo so we can help.

Refunds

After the return is received and checked, we will confirm the refund with you. Because orders are paid by cash on delivery, we will explain the available refund method directly.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable UAE consumer law.
